Pear US has an immediate opportunity for a part-time Marketing Coordinator in our Naperville office. This position will support the Marketing Manager and the Great Lakes Region with a variety of business development and marketing responsibilities. This position will be approximately 20 hours per week with potential beyond that depending upon performance and current business needs.<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate will have a marketing or related bachelor\u2019s degree and 1-3 years of experience, or 3-5 years of relevant A\/E\/C experience. Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (hands-on experience with InDesign is required, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro are preferred), possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, be detail oriented, have knowledge of database concepts (such as Proliance and\/or a CRM), excellent time management skills, a basic understanding of marketing principles, and A\/E\/C industry terminology and procedures. Possessing the Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) designation (or the ambition to earn it) is highly preferred.<\/p>\n
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to coordinate regional marketing activities, which include: work with technical staff to develop marketing collateral and RFQ\/RFP responses, including proposal team coordination, writing, editing, design and production; plan special events (groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings and more); manage public relations efforts with regional PR consultant and corporate marketing support; interface with corporate marketing team, as needed, including updating social media and regional website information; coordinate project photography; research target markets; and be actively involved in professional and community organizations, including the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
